Melvyn Freeman
(Director)

Having graduated from Reading University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1981, Melvyn started working for S. O. Kingcott Ltd in the stores and parts. He was later promoted to Service Manager. In 1990 he left to work for Henlys as a Service and Parts Manager at their North Wales Jaguar Dealer. Melvyn rejoined Kingcotts and took over the garage in 1992 when the owners retired. He is an MOT tester and an approved LPG convertor.

Peter Gifford
(Service Manager)

|
|
Peter trained as a mechanic in Weston and worked as a technician at a Volkswagen dealer and then a Fiat dealer. He joined Wrington Motors in 1999 as a technician and MOT tester. In 2007 Peter was promoted to Service Manager and now works in the reception and supervises the workshop.

Jeremy Court
( MOT Tester / Technician)

Jeremy started here with S O Kingcott Ltd as an apprentice mechanic in 1991 and stayed on when Wrington Motors took over in 1992. He is now our senoir technician and MOT tester. He has been trained in safe working on hybrid vehicles.

Chris Bendall
(Technician / MOT tester)

Chris started with Wrington Motors as an apprentice in 1994 and trained to be a mechanic. He left to work at a Hyundai dealer. In 2007 he rejoined Wrington Motors as a MOT tester and Technician.

Richard Packer
(mechanic and reception assistant)

Richard joined Wrington Motors in 2005 as a trainee mechanic, he passed his NVQ level 3 light vehicle technition in 2008. He also helps in reception during busy times and to cover for holidays.

Nick Joy
(Forecourt Attendant)

Nick works here in the afternoons, serving petrol, lpg and gas bottles. He will check your tyre pressures and oil and water.

Ian is semi-retired and works on Monday and Wednesday mornings serving petrol, lpg and gas bottles. He will check your tyre pressures, oil and water.
